Maknoonz Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Maknoonz, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We believe in honesty and transparency.

⚠️ Important Notice
Maknoonz does not offer refunds. We only offer exchange under strict conditions.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1️⃣ Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Exchange)

A complete unboxing video is compulsory.

📦 The recording must start before opening the parcel.
📦 The sealed package must be clearly visible.
📦 The shipping label must be shown clearly.
📦 The parcel opening must be recorded.
📦 The product and the issue must be clearly visible.

🎥 Video Rules:
The video must be continuous.
There must be no cuts, edits, pauses, or filters.
Lighting must be clear and visible.

If the video is incomplete, edited, unclear, or recorded after opening, the exchange will not be approved.

2️⃣ Repacking Video (After Approval)

If your exchange request is approved:

📦 Record a full repacking video.
📦 Show the same product while packing.
📦 Seal the parcel properly.
📦 The video must be continuous and unedited.

Without proper repacking proof, the exchange will be cancelled.

3️⃣ Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is allowed only if the item is damaged at delivery, the wrong product is received, or there is a clear manufacturing defect.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

4️⃣ Non-Exchangeable Items

🚫 Due to hygiene reasons, exchange is not allowed on soaps, musk bath bars, after bath bars, or any used hygiene products.

5️⃣ Reporting Time

⏳ Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.

6️⃣ Right to Reject

Maknoonz reserves the right to reject any claim if proper unboxing video is not provided, repacking video is not provided, the product is used or damaged after delivery, or the claim is false or misleading.
